We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Terms and conditions
Please read the below and ensure that the desired delivery address meets the requirements before you place the order. You will still be charged for a failed delivery.
- We can only deliver to the nearest kerbside or hard standing ground.
- Delivery is made using a tail lift vehicle.
- The delivery point must be smooth and level with no slopes and access must also be large enough to accept a heavy goods vehicle.
- We cannot leave the goods on a pavement or public road.
- Deliveries are made between 7-10 working days, Monday to Friday only (8am – 5pm).
- Please be aware, there is a £59 delivery surcharge for the following postcodes: KW, IV, PH, AB, TQ, PL, TR. If you place an order to one of these postcodes, we will contact you after we receive your order to take payment of this surcharge.
Delivery Arrangements
Bonnypack will contact you via phone to arrange delivery between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Once delivery has been arranged and if no one is available to provide a signature when delivery is being attempted, the order will be taken back to the depot and re delivered on another day – this will result in you being charged for the re delivery which is to be paid direct to the carrier. Any cancellations once the order has been despatched will incur a delivery charge plus a return to base charge.
