1.What are the Accepted payment methods?

We currently accept Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Play, Credit Cards for fast secure payments we also accept a variety of card payments as listed below.
The credit cards currently accepted include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Debit cards currently accepted include Visa Electron, Visa debit, and Maestro.

2. Why was my debit/credit card refused?

Please try to pay again using a different card if you have one.
To find out why your card was refused in the first place, just contact your bank. They should be able to help.

3. Can I cancel an order?

A purchase on is considered a contract and you're obliged to purchase the item. However, if you feel that you have a legitimate reason for not buying the item, you can contact us and explain your situation. We are willing to work with you if you communicate with us openly and honestly in a timely manner.

4. Can I return my order?

Most items are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, for website purchases only. The Bonnypack returns policy states that products are to be returned to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition and with a receipt or proof of purchase email to receive a refund.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders can be tracked. A tracking number will be supplied on the date of dispatch which can be tracked after 6 pm that day. We use a number of couriers and for large items, specific availability dates will be required.

6. Can I return a sales item?

Same as section 4. However, returns time period is 14 days to allow fairness to other buyers.
