Sandtex Microseal masonry paint is microporous and provides sealing attributes that protect the coating against water ingress. The advanced coating protects over an extended period against mould and algae growth. Suitable for use on most sound, dry exterior surfaces including render, roughcast, pebbledash, concrete, building blocks, facing bricks and previously painted surfaces. With 15 years of trusted durability.
Note: Not suitable for use on common, fletton or engineering type bricks
- Breathable, resists peeling and flaking
- Dirt, mould and algae resistant
- Versatile application, you can apply by brush, roller or spray
- Requires 2 coats and has a drying time of 3-4 hours for touch dry and 3-4 hours for re-coat
- Coverage: Covers 12 -16 sq metres per litre / Rainproof in just 1 hour
