I was absolutely shocked by the amount of customer service Bonnypack provides. I ordered a pack of 2 x6 cauldron oil burners. This was a total of 12... when my order arrive I only got 6 plus a free gift. I was absolutely dreading calling customer service as this was my first time using Bonnypack. I spoken to gentleman who swiftly said they will get my other 6 items straight through post. There was no question or fight only I had provide proof I only received 6 iitems. I sent a email to Ariadne, whose customer service was second to none. Eveytime I emailed she was very attentive and professional. She constantly reassured me that they rest of items were on its way. All the items I received were packed extremely well and no items were damaged because of the package. All the Cauldron Oil Burners came Individually boxed too which was a plus...Definitely will be a returning customer as level of service is top notch!!! Well done guys xx
